Hi Everyone!
Finally sharing the second part of my collaboration with the brand Being Human. If you haven't seen the first one yet, click here to check it out. Unlike the first outfit, I tried to make this one a bit more dressy. I fell in love with this maxi shirt as soon as I saw it. It's not something that I would typically wear but I decided to step a bit out of my comfort zone with this look and I really liked how it all turned out. I particularly love the blue ombre effect of it. I paired this shirt with a basic pair of leggings as I didn't want to take the focus away from it. I also styled it with a pair of pointy heels to make it a bit more dressy and added some gold accessories to bring the entire outfit together. x

Hi Everyone!
I can't believe I'm finally sharing this with you. It's been in the works for a long time now and I'm so glad that it's finally ready and up on my blog. This is the first part and the first look of my collaboration with the brand Being Human. I'm sure most have you have heard of it but for those of you who haven't, Being Human is a fashion brand started by Salman Khan. It aims to offer their customers with world-class fashionable products coupled with the satisfaction of doing good. The Being Human foundation is dedicated to helping the underprivileged in areas of healthcare and education.

I was invited into the store while working on this collab and I have to say it's one of the nicest stores I've been to. It's so beautifully laid out and there's so much to see that it always keeps you interested. I was also pleasantly surprised by the number of options I had to choose from. There's such a variety of clothes for people with different styles. It's all quite flattering as well. They're designed to suit a number of different body types. For my look, I decided to pair a plain white tank with these printed palazzo pants. I've been loving palazzos lately and I loved how these looked and felt. They're so comfortable and easy to just throw on. To add more depth to the outfit, I wore this denim shirt over the tank and I really liked how it all looked together. I also thought the outfit needed a bit of colour which I did by adding the flats and the bag. Watch out for the second look to be up soon. x

Elevated Basics

Top- Zara// Jeans- 7 For All Mankind// Bag- Kate Spade// Shoes- Karl Lagerfeld

Hi Everyone!
I had such a great time working on this post with my beautiful friend (check out her blog). I'm someone that loves wearing basics more than anything. I'm always reaching for a pair of jeans in my closet, trying to style them in different ways for different occasions. While most of the time I keep the look quite casual, I decided to change things up a bit and create a look that could be worn on a night out.

High-waisted jeans are probably one of my favourite things that happened to the fashion industry. They are so flattering for so many body types. Here, I simply just paired the jeans with a plain black crop top. To make the look more dressy, I added these beautiful chunky heeled shoes. These shoes are sooo comfortable by the way! I've stated on numerous occasions how much I love flats more than heels but these are definitely an exception. I could wear them for hours without them hurting one bit. At this point, I felt like the outfit was a bit too dull and to brighten it up and make it more exciting, I added this beautiful turquoise necklace (made by my talented mother). To add another pop of colour, I also wore this lime green bucket bag. x
