Made a #SELFIE video! Check it out.

This post is probably long over-due but being one of the best trips I've ever been on, I had to blog about it. My time in New York can pretty much be described as an "unfortunate series of selfies". While we took selfies anywhere and everywhere, I managed to put as many of them as possible in the video. I always imagined NYC to be like the 'London' of the United States but it was much different from what I expected it to be. I wish I could explain it better but London and New York are two cities that absolutely can not be compared.

The food you can get from all over the city is out of this world and if I had the chance to eat all of it without putting on any weight, there's nothing more I would ask for. The #Selfie video that I made sums up our entire trip and all shows you all the places that I went to in NYC. I hope you enjoy it! x

d'or et d'argent x Girl On Oxford Street

d'or et d'argent meaning "gold and silver" is a new lifestyle brand that creates luxury digital print items. By using photo mixed graphics as the key handwriting, they start their collection with a series of luxury digital printer T-shirts. Using 21st century new technology called dye-sublimation, the colour is dyed into the yarn and not printed on the surface making the fabrication remain smooth without adding that extra print layer.

The minute d'or et d'argent got in touch with me and said they wanted to do a collaboration, I got so excited. Their printed T-shirts are so cool and something that I would definitely be able to see myself wearing. My personal favourite has to be the poker queen crop top but there's no product in their range that I wouldn't want to wear. Their first collection is so unique and made of such good quality that there's no reason that would make anyone dislike their T-shirts.

Be sure to check them out on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram as well.

Printed Trousers

Top- Zara// Pants- Forever 21// Heels- Aldo

I know I usually don't do blog posts about myself but after buying these pants, I just had to. I undeniably love printed trousers and these ones from Forever 21 are no exception. They're so comfortable and perfect to wear when the sun actually decides to come out in London. Since the pants are so vibrant and bright, I figured the best colour to pair it with would be black. Hence, the black heels (which are so comfy and my new favourite pair of shoes) and the black crop top. I'm definitely going to make sure to get more pairs of printed trousers, cause I know they're something I would never stop wearing. x

Chilling with Trisha by the Canal

Camden town is definitely one of my favourite parts of London. The whole area has such a unique feel to it, something that would honestly be quite hard to replicate. The amazing food stalls, the small boutiques and the distinctive style that you can find there is what makes Camden town so attractive and intriguing. Most of Camden lock market overlooks the canal and you can get a great view of it from all the bars and restaurants that overlook it. Sadly, the only problem with it is that it's so far up north that you particularly don't want to travel there all the time.

The people you find in Camden town have such a creative way of dressing. I was unfortunately quite unlucky during my visit as it was raining and people were either wearing big coats that hid their outfit or they would just leave as soon as possible to get out of the horrible weather. I managed to get a couple of people to pose for my blog (sadly not as many as I hoped) but this post is more about Camden as a whole than just the fashion in it. Hope you enjoy! x

Brick Lane is one of the best places to be on a Sunday afternoon. With all the different food and music you find on the street, there is always some form of entertainment. With regards to fashion, Brick Lane is known having some of the most amazing vintage stores and boutiques. So without doubt, you're likely to find people that have a very exclusive taste when it comes to their style of dressing.

With the weather being great, people have started to wear clothes from most brands' SS14 collection. Walking around, I saw a lot of people wearing jumpsuits, printed pants, kimonos and skirts. Everyone was kinda busy doing their own thing but I managed to get a couple of people to actually stop and let me know where their clothes were from.

The VOGUE festival was nothing but amazing! I was lucky enough to get tickets to see Manolo Blahnik, Tory Burch and Angela Missoni talk about their lives in fashion. I also got to be within 5 feet distance of Valentino himself! There were so many cool outfits that I saw at the VOGUE festival but only had time to get a couple of people in between the talk and the all the other things going on.

At the festival, I saw a lot of people wearing lime green, yellow and other really bright colours. Looks like the great weather in London and the fact that the sun is out and shining has made people want to wear more colourful clothes. Printed trousers are also something that were seen everywhere. With regards to shoes, I think one out of every ten people I saw were wearing Valentino rock-stud heels and flats. I don't know if that was because Valentino was there at the VOGUE festival or because the shoes are actually as comfortable as people say they are. x
